Higher Consciousness for Great Coaching

In order to create great coaching, the coach must be able to create a field of expanded consciousness beyond the coachee’s normal day to day operation. This educational offering will introduce tools to help coaches create an environment where clients are empowered to achieve results beyond what normally was thought possible. This presentation will lead to:
1. Understanding the importance of expanding the consciousness of the coaching relationship.
2. Increasing coaches ability for active listening.
3. Developing a better understanding of what type of coaching presence is needed in each coaching relationship.
