Minnesota has been a leader in services improving the quality of life for most of its history. It should come as no surprise that we are also leaders in the coaching industry. Within this website you will find comprehensive information on everything you need to know about coaching.
If you are interested in finding a coach, use our FIND-A-COACH service (our searchable database and meet our coach members). If you find one you are interested in ask them about a free sample coaching. This is the best way to see if they might make a good coach for you.

MCA Members get our monthly newsletter, The Catalyst, delivered to their email box and have access to past issues in the members' area of the website. The Catalyst is the place to find out what's going on in the community, who's doing what, to find thought provoking articles from our members and leaders. Guests can download the current issue.
