Any person is authorized to view the information, images, texts, documents and all other content posted on the MCA Web site for informational purposes only. The MCA may modify the terms and conditions of use at any time, without prior notice, and such modifications shall become effective upon posting on the MCA Web site. The MCA reserves the right to restrict access to its Web site or the contents contained therein. The MCA is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. Please read the following statement to understand how your personal information will be treated as you make full use of the MCA Web site.

 

Gathering of Information

 

The MCA does not collect personally identifying information about any individual The MCA Web site user except when knowingly provided by such individual. For example, we may ask you for information when you register for and event, for membership, participate in a survey or to receive a newsletter. You always have the option not to provide the information we request. If you choose not to provide the information we request, you can still visit most of the MCA Web site, but you may be unable to access certain areas and services.

E-Mail

 

The MCA respects the privacy of its members and shall not disclose, distribute or rent its member e-mail list to any third party, nor shall it permit anyone else to do so. However, the MCA does make available a list of those members who have expressly provided us with their permission to do so. This includes the MCA Membership Directory and “Find A Coach” services on the site. Members may change their profile, which includes such permissions, at any time by visiting the "edit my profile" page.
